Wrought Amberjack tartare of red prawns with fennel salad, with a glass of white Burgundy

Parfait with Caramelised Pears with Ginger Black Tea

Chickpea Puree with Grilled Shrimp, with a glass of Malvasia  of Lazio

Scallops with Cashew Cream of Carrot
Grilled tuna with onions of  Tropea, with a glass of Sicilian white Inzolia

Chocolate Mousse
