The European Heritage days in Rome – 24 and 25 of September

On 24 and 25 of September 2011, The European Heritage Days.

A two days during which you can visit the amazing and enormous artistic heritage of the Old Continent completely free of charge.

A unique opportunity to admire the masterpieces of art museums, art collections, but also to visit for the first time places often closed or restricted to certain periods of their opening, hours or days.

“Italy is a Europe’s treasure” , our country opens the doors of its museums offering everyone a truly extraordinary opportunity.

The program includes the opportunity to visit the

 Colosseum, Borghese Gallery, National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art,National Gallery of Ancient Art in Palazzo Barberini, Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Antica in Palazzo Corsini, National Museum of the Palace of Venice, 

national Museum of  Castel Sant’Angelo,

 National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia,Villa Quintili, Villa Livi and the archaeological area of Ostia Antica.

Times vary but generally range from 8:30 to 19.00.
