A nice lazy walk in Via Borgognona

I’d like to suggest you s a very nice walk  in the historic center of Rome…

a tiny ancient and very popular street

where the orange/yellow color of Rome is shining

one of the most elegant view in Rome

where you can avoid the crowd of Via Condotti (a step from here)

and enjoy a lovely stop

before continuing your walk….

Have a nice day!

Roasted Chestnuts in Via Condotti, Rome

One of the most romantic moments in autumn in Rome is … to eat “Un cartoccio di caldarroste”, a “bag of roasted chestnuts”…

…while your breath turns white in the cold and  the lights on Via Condotti color the walls of old rose!

Business is business, so even if the cold winter weather is far …. the chestnuts have already appeared in Rome!

The quality of chestnuts sold by street vendors is generally very good. Chestnuts are very expensive, more or less  1 euro each….but well worth it!
